Over the years I've been to multiple gyms and tried plenty of
diets/changes in eating habits to get into better shape. My coworkers
recommend Guardian Fitness to me and it has helped change my life so
much!

There is a sense of family here that I have never felt at any other gym.
Everyone is always encouraging and supportive. Steve has helped me with
a surprisingly simple diet plan and I'm now the lowest weight I have
been at in over a decade! Every workout with Steve is different; he
always keeps your body guessing! The workouts are intense, just like his
desire to help people, but are worth the effort.
